Well, these look like something I’d create, but they didn’t come from my kitchen: Vegan nutritionist Lina Saber created these matcha raspberry energy balls using Panatea, a high-quality matcha. If you love the taste of green tea, think of these vegan treats as a healthier whole-food alternative to sugar-filled truffles. Ingredients: 1. 1 cup pitted Medjool dates 2. 1/4 cup almonds 3. 1/4 cup cacao powder 4. 1 teaspoon
