Each bowl is packed with healthy grains, such as brown rice and millet, and features amazing flavor combinations, such as balsamic basil and orange pineapple. Even better, you can add or take away ingredients to make the perfect picnic bowl for you. Scallion Green Bean Bowl: Cook one cup of brown rice according to package. Drain and toss into a large bowl with 3 sliced scallions, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 4 oz. green beans, 1/3 cup walnut halves. In a separate bowl, whisk 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. honey, and 4 tbsp. olive oil. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle over rice mixture and serve.
